Delivery Policy

Our deliverables are digital files: Project Reference Guides and Technical Whitepapers, Reference Implementations (source code) and Full Plagiarism Reports. They are delivered through My Orders on your account, where you can download them. A Reference Implementation is delivered as a single ZIP archive containing a README.txt and the source code. A Full Plagiarism Report is prepared and provided by our own review team. We do not deliver anything by post or courier.

Work begins after your payment is confirmed. We confirm payments ourselves against the transaction details, so confirmation is not always instant. Once confirmed, your order is assigned to an expert. No work is started on an unpaid order.

Unless you choose NIBVEDA Express, your order's Skill Development Duration is up to two weeks from the moment your payment is confirmed. The exact time depends on the item, its scope and how many orders are ahead of yours, and we work to complete it as soon as the quality review allows.

If you need it sooner, you can choose a shorter Skill Development Duration with NIBVEDA Express, from 24 hours up to 5 days. The Express fee for your chosen duration is shown at checkout before you pay. We prioritize an Express order to meet the duration you chose; if it becomes clear that we cannot meet it, we will tell you and agree a revised time with you.

Every deliverable is checked for originality and quality by our review team before it is released to you. Work that does not pass is returned to the expert for correction, which can affect timing. You only ever receive finished, approved work.

When your order is ready, its status in My Orders changes to delivered and the download links appear on your order. Please keep your account details accurate so you can always sign in and collect your files.

Give us accurate and complete information when you order: the format, your template if you have one, and any Skill Development Duration. If we ask you for clarification, please reply promptly. Time lost to missing, late or incorrect information extends the Skill Development Duration and is not a delay on our part.

Please download and check your files as soon as they are delivered. Changes within the scope of your original order are requested in your Learning Space before you accept a delivery, and are not taken up after acceptance (see our No Refund Policy). Your invoice is issued once your payment is confirmed and is available in My Orders.
