Policy

Terms & Reference-Material Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what NIBVEDA SkillProject provides and what it does not. It is not a substitute for legal advice -- please have your own lawyer review it before relying on it as a binding contract.

1. What we provide
Every order is prepared originally by our experts as reference and guidance material for practical skill development: a Project Reference Guide, a Technical Whitepaper, a Reference Implementation (source code), and/or a Full Plagiarism Report. These are built to help you learn the subject, understand a working implementation, and produce your own work -- not to be handed in unread or unmodified.
2. What we do not provide
We do not produce, issue, or imply any of the following, regardless of how a request is worded:
  • A document formatted for direct, uncustomized formal submission to any organization or examination body
  • A "Certificate of Originality" or any certification addressed to a third party
  • A supervisor's or reviewer's sign-off, approval, or endorsement
  • Any claim of affiliation, accreditation, or partnership with any organization or examination body
If a request asks for any of the above, we'll reach out to clarify scope before starting work.
3. Responsible use
Every organization, employer, or program sets its own rules on originality, citation, and permitted assistance. Before you use or submit anything based on material we provide, it is your responsibility to review and follow those rules, and to make sure you understand and can explain the work you use.
4. Originality of our work
Every Project Reference Guide and Technical Whitepaper is written from scratch by our experts and checked for AI-generated content and plagiarism at the time of delivery -- a free snapshot is included with every order, and a full report is available as an add-on. This describes the originality of our output when delivered; it is not a guarantee about how the work is later used, edited, or submitted.
5. Copyright, licence and academic use
Everything we deliver is reference material for learning, and NIBVEDA keeps the copyright in it. You must not submit it as it is, or as your own work, to any college, university, school, employer, competition or publication. Doing so is a copyright violation and may also break the rules of that institution. Use it to learn, then build your own original work. Every Reference Implementation is delivered with the NIBVEDA Reference Implementation License as LICENSE.txt at the top of the project: it allows personal learning use only and forbids commercial or industrial use, sharing, resale and submitting the work as your own. You confirm this at checkout, and NIBVEDA may end your licence and take the action the law allows if it is broken.
6. Cancellation, refunds and revisions
Work on an order starts when payment is confirmed, and all sales are final from that point. Please read our Cancellation Policy, No Refund Policy and Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms. Revision requests within the scope of your original order are handled through your assigned expert via "My Orders."
